Casting Shadows: Works on Paper
Artworks in this show focus on shadows and the interactions they have with the subject matter. Casting Shadows: Works on Paper was created to consider patterns of darkness and the role the absence of light plays in defining space and creating more dynamic compositions. The larger scale of the pieces are intended to affect our perception and depict shadows as more pronounced, taking what is familiar and making it a bit strange.
